Sales Account Manager required with overall responsibility for all aspects of the successful running of their area and customers.
The role is varied and they will be involved in formulating their own solutions , proposals and contract negotiations with clients from all manner of industries.
Field sales experience in the logistic, automotive or material handling industrial (desired but not essential)
  • 3-4 years key account management experience (desired but not essential)

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills

  • Attention to detail , able to research and profile clients

  • Tenacious , resilient and career minded

  • Business development experience with industrial OEM project work and bespoke articles

Role Information
  • A key account management role selling industrial castors and wheels as well as system components
  • To expand the customer base towards the key customer areas we have in our strategic focus
  • Primary responsibility will be to increase sales within your area with existing and potential new accounts.
  • Involved in escalated customer service queries , debt management and contract negotiations
  • Company car , mobile phone and laptop will be provided


Business Development Manager required for Market Leading solution provider in the field of Material Handling and System Components.
Your chief focus will be the development and realisation of key projects within the Aerospace , Automotive and Fork truck industries.
Therefore experience within any of these industries (although not necessarily in a customer-facing role) is desirable.

The Wicke Group are leading manufacturers of Wheels, Castors and material handling solutions. Whilst direct sales experience of these products is not required , an ability to learn and communicate effectively and professionally is essential.

The successful applicant will utilise their skill-set and experience to analyse the Market potential , prospect for new customers and identify new opportunities whilst promoting the WICKE brand.
Tenacity , resilience and an ability to manage projects from “cradle to grave” is essential.
You will need to be able to converse and engage effectively up to Director level in order to understand and solve the demands of the client in tandem with our Product Development team.

Development of a major part of the Wickes strategic focus will be your core objective , therefore you will be involved in escalated customer service queries, debt management and contract negotiations
